Incomplete download
Hi..I prefer to download the audio lessons.
I have just completed up to 2.1 Tourist Info and so far two of the audio downloads are incomplete. I have only been able to get like half of the audio lesson and it just sorts of stops after that.
Any help...or how do I contact the staff?

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear that and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you have your security settings on high? What about your connection or firewall? If you are on a slow connection it oculd be that it timed out before the download was complete.
Have you tried listen to the online version of the audio file? Can you hear that until the end?

I asked elsewhere but perhaps you'll see this here. I can't download the games, period. A manger doesn't help. So I tried ordering the 2cd set. Now clickbank's form refuses to recognize my zip code. No help from their support. I'm stuck on this one. Can I order direct from you or something?

Could you please contact Romina and Margaret (rather than the Clickbank support team) through the following link:

That way they can check your account for you without you having to post your personal details on here.
I'm sure we can work out a way to get the 2 CD set to you or make the download work.
