What do I do if I can't hear any sound on my 6-day course?

The first thing you should do is ensure you are opening the 6 day course in Explorer as opposed to Firefox or Safari. Ensure that your volume is not on mute. You could also try downloading the Shockwave plug-in from the following link. You need this plug-in to be able to hear most audio over the net.
